Verify the account phone, review what is deleted and retained, then submit a deletion request. A seven-day grace period allows cancellation before processing starts.
What happens
Account access is removedProfile identity, saved addresses, device registrations, and preferences are deleted after review.
Required records stay restrictedOrders, COD, refunds, complaints, fraud-prevention, finance, and redacted audit records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Deletion is reviewedThe request does not falsely mark deletion complete. Processing and final completion are audited.
